Joseph Pach , Concert Violinist, holds the Artist Diploma from the University of Toronto (1947). While maintaining an active solo career he founded and led 3 string quartets. The Brunswick String Quartet, resident at the University of New Brunswick for 18 years, performed, recorded and toured Canada, Britain and the U.S.

Joseph and his late wife Arlene Nimmons (1928-2000) performed as Canada's internationally renowned Violin and Piano Duo for 48 years. Awarded Honorary Doctorates by both the University of New Brunswick and Saint Thomas University in Fredericton for their contributions to music in Canada, they were a recognized Canadian treasure.

Joseph Pach currently resides in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and  happily hooks rugs in his retirement, visits the driving range, golfs in the summer and fiddles with his fiddle from time to time.
